Bendel is an industry leader in the custom design and fabrication of large capacity fuel and deicing fluid storage tanks for the aviation industry.  Bendel fabricates the highest quality storage tanks available to accommodate a wide range of applications and budgets.

We use an automatic cold wire tig process to seam weld plates up to 192” long with 100% X-ray quality. This combined with fewer circumferential welds allows us to supply a superior product at the same or less cost than our competitors.

Our shop fabricated tanks are easily distinguished from the competition because of this large panel construction and noticeably fewer circumferential seams.

Our stainless steel fuel tanks are a beneficial alternative to standard carbon steel tanks with liner.  Stainless steel tanks offer longer life for the same cost when liner cost is accounted for.
