The Bendel quality control process encompasses inspection, analysis and implementation at each stage to maintain the highest standards of manufacturing and fabrication. The strength of our program is defined by its adherence to rigorous industry standards, experienced leadership, and commitment to continuing education.
Bendel has developed our Quality Assurance Program around the requirements of the ASME Code (Section VIII, Division 1) for the design and fabrication of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors and Storage Tanks.
This Program is documented in the Bendel Quality Control Manual and is reviewed annually to ensure compliance with all of the latest revisions of the ASME Code and the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC).
Bendel employs a Quality Control Manager in addition to two Certified Welding Inspectors to ensure our Quality Program is maintained to satisfy our Authorized Inspection Agency (Hartford Steam Boiler) and all our customer’s expectations.
